Plus GST. Prices based on up to 4 people in the house, if extra people (beds used) then the cost are an extra $20/person/night all year. This does include little people over two. We love little people although find they easily make their share of finger marks etc. for extra cleaning. You are welcome to bring your well groomed dog (one dog maximum) as long as he stays off the furniture) and pays an extra $30 per visit.

*Holidays include: Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day Weekend, Christmas Eve Day to January 2, March Break week, Easter, May Long Weekend, and all U.S. holidays

• (250) 725-2348 Payment: 50% of full stay amount payable to confirm reservations, 50% 3 weeks before arrival. If booked less than 7 days of stay, full payment required upon booking. Payable by check.

Check-in time: 4:00pm

Check-out time: 11:00am

Cleaning: Fee assumes that house will be left tidy (all dishes done), however maintenance cleaning will be done for you - floor, rugs, towels, bedding etc.

Cancellation Policy – please note:

As people plan their Tofino holiday months before the summer, we are not able to refund summer cancellations. We book up well before summer and we do not get last minute calls.

• Between June 1 and Sept 30 – no guaranteed refund on your deposit (however, we will try and rebook the space and will refund the difference between the total amount scheduled to be charged less the deposit less $100 admin fee)
• The rest of the year, if more than 3 weeks notice, you will receive a full refund less $75 admin fee, and if it less than 3 weeks notice, there is no guaranteed refund (however, we will try and rebook the space and will refund the difference between the total amount scheduled to be charged less the deposit less $100 admin fee)

Damage: there is a full contents list of items in the house. Any items missing or broken will be charged to you.

Animals: One well groomed, trained dog is welcome for an overall extra fee of $30/stay. An additional fully refundable damage deposit of $100 will be required. If your dog sheds, we ask that you either pay for an extra 1 hour of cleaning or vacuum yourself before leaving. Please do not leave them alone in/outside, do not allow them on furniture, and pick up all doggie doo in yard and on the beach.

Children: Children are most welcome; however, the house has not been childproofed so please move any items the child may break/eat upon arriving.

NO SMOKING

House Care: Our house is for retreat purposes, so please do not wear shoes inside (bring your slippers).
