Koo’s Corner in Strathcona is for people who care about the community we live in and who want to live in a space that reflects these values. Strathcona is often referred to as Vancouver’s First Neighbourhood. As Vancouver grew organically from the original terminus of the CN Rail in Gastown, Strathcona became home to a diverse mix of homes, businesses and cultures.
