Koo’s Corner takes its name from the original garage that was
the first building ever to be built on this corner. We have spent
hundreds of hours creating ways to retain the unique character
of the original building while providing bright and beautiful
homes with loft-like open ceilings in the living spaces. We have
complemented the feel of the original building with four additional
townhouses which are updated versions of the traditional Strathcona
row houses. Following the Chesterman Property Group philosophy
