AN OVERVIEW

Mission:

Chesterman Property Group Inc. exists to create and co-ordinate the effective and resourceful use of property for the benefit of the end-user and the community as a whole. We are committed to undertake our business in ways that are respectful of individuals, our communities, and our environment.

History:

Robert Brown created Chesterman Property Group Inc. in 1997. Robert brings twenty years of real estate experience to Chesterman. Firstly, as a Chartered Surveyor in the UK and, since 1988, as a commercial leasing and sales agent in BC. A personal resume for Robert is attached. Since its inception Chesterman has focussed on the efficient use of existing and under-utilised commercial and residential buildings. A recent focus for Chesterman has been the inclusion of sustainable, environmentally friendly practices in its developments. While owner-occupiers have adopted such practices for several years there has been little use in the open market sector. Chesterman aims to create practical financially viable models which are replicatable across the market.
