Chesterman, with a partner, acquired this property in early 1998. The property comprised a dilapidated commercial building of approx. 10,000 sq. ft. on a corner site of approx. 20,000 sq. ft. Chesterman acquired this heritage-style house in early 1999. Construction started in January 2000 to redevelop the existing building into three townhomes and add a new in-fill coach house.
